Sudozi

Sudozi, a budgeting assistant startup founded in Austin, announced it raised $4.3 million in seed funding led by Pear VC. This new startup plans to use this funding to hire new employees, further its product offerings, and expand its reach in the marketplace. 

Founded by the former CFO of Uber, Rose Punkunus, Sudozi is a finance software development company that helps businesses transition from manual workflows to data-driven processes. 

Concerto

Concerto, an Austin-based financial tech company, gained $21.1 million in funding. Led by Matrix Partners, this new funding included GoldenTree Asset Management and PayPal Ventures. GoldenTree announced that it would also form a joint venture with Concerto to fund $2 billion in credit card receivables. 

Founded by Dan Duncan, Concerto collaborates to create customized credit card programs. 

CLEAResult Consulting Inc. 

Based in Austin, CLEAResult Consulting Inc. recently purchased ChooseEV. ChooseEV compiles and provides awareness and data on the electric vehicle market. This new acquisition will enable the company to grow its focus on electronic vehicles. 

Founded in 2003 by President and CEO Rich McBee, CLEAResults helps businesses and power providers become more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. 

Onwell 

Onwell, a property tax management startup in Austin, announced raising $5.75 million in seed funding led by First Round Capital. With their total funding now $7.5 million, Onwell plans to use this new funding to expand their team, accelerating their hiring process.
